Your insurance contract is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier. We encourage patients to study the provisions of their insurance prior to treatment as there is significant variation in coverage between companies and plans. We verify your benefits with your insurance company prior to your appointment and provide an estimate of copayments and deductibles that will be due at the time of service. As a service to you, we will file claims with your insurance carrierand track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. Most insurance companies will respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Balances remaining following insurance reimbursement are your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
